“What color is your consciousness today? Are you the fresh, bright greens of spring or the riotous flames of fall? Are you the dark deeper greens and blues of summer or the stark whites and grays of winter?” —- Science of Mind

We telegraph exactly what washes over our consciousness every minute of every day . . . whether we are presently aware of this phenomenon or not. Those that are sensitive to this energy will clearly pick up whatever it is expressed through your thoughts, ideas, beliefs or actions. Of course, there are always those that walk through life as if they were in a conscious coma, totally disconnected and dis-engaged from how they impact everyone else in their circle of existence. Do you realize that what you say, how you act, what you do and how you express your thoughts effects all who come in contact with you? When you stand in the essence of your own truth, everything pales in comparison and contrast. Ayn Rand expressed it another way . . . “The truth is not for all men, but only for those who seek it.”

Once you become aware of your own consciousness, there is no turning back. It’s like an unleashed energy that awakens and illuminates your journey, to a heightened experience of immediate transition in your being without compromise. This is nothing to be frightened of, on the contrary it pierces the darkness releasing the truth right where you are . . . where it has always existed.

Now, without exception you’re responsible and accountable for everything that you are. There are those who never reach this plateau, nor are they interested in doing so because taking responsibility for ones thoughts, ideas, actions and behavior is not a fundamental priority . . . believe it or not. Their color of consciousness is forever stalled in fair to partly cloudy, with the chance of storms or worse. It is an incongruity of sorts, to become aware of those whom we meet that are completely and totally oblivious of how they are perceived, simply because they bump along in life without care or concern of how they affect other human beings. Isn’t it beyond curious how disingenuous some individuals can be, without any regard for how they can impact another’s experience? Albert Camus succinctly phrased it another way, “A man without ethics is a wild beast loosed upon this world.”

Reflecting on the opening quote . . . “what is the color of your consciousness today?” Perhaps it’s time to figure it out and change fair to partly cloudy, to clearing with rays of sunlight and blue skies. There isn’t anyone else who can build this bridge to consciousness for you, it truly is a solo flight of personal discovery. Thich Nhat Hanh stated it this way . . . “Thanks to impermanence everything is possible.” You can create a dimension in your life that infuses a new season of conscious awareness, with unimaginable brilliance which will never escape your truth.
