As you read these words, are you conscious of your own consciousness or is that something you feel or believe difficult to embrace? At first this idea may seem more than challenging, however once we begin to understand how the pace of life in dealing with agendas, schedules, etc., overwhelms our “existence,” we may take a single moment to reflect on what we’re doing not only to ourselves, but to those present in our lives.
