The Cathedral Choir of Notre Dame, Paris – Sounds in the Sanctuary Season 2019/20

Friends of Casavant 3062 and Emmanuel Episcopal Church present . . . “Sounds in the Sanctuary Season 2019/20,” The Cathedral Choir of Notre Dame, Paris from the earliest times, music has been an integral part of the life of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. From this place, the Notre Dame Choir School, with the magnificent polyphony was born.
The choir kicks off their 2020 US tour at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, where the choir is led by Henri Chalet, and joined by organist, Yves Castagnet. Proceeds to the event will benefit Emmanuel’s Casavant pipe organ renovation as well as Notre Dame Cathedral’s own re-building efforts.
