Entitlement it appears, is pervasive in all walks of life for a myriad of reasons on many levels. There was a time when giving a claim, right, authority etc., had a clear and focused dynamic. Today . . . those lines have blurred to the extent that entitlement is a “given expectation” that reflects confusion across many genres. In the life journey that each of us walk, we are given innumerable choices every moment of every day. When we become the “observer of ourselves,” we may begin an awareness that clarifies what we thought to be an “entitlement.” Through “present consciousness” we now see . . . perhaps for the first time . . . with the “eyes behind our eyes.” We are entitled to that which we become empowered to reveal first to ourselves, making this journey one of gratitude, humilty and love.
